Do you have mortgage Insurance, and it is a conventional loan if you do, call your mortgage servicer to let them know you want to remove it and the lenders can help yand if it is a conventional Loan get it removed call Tory at 651-206-1076 or Jeff at 612-986-6927 to get it removed, you could be literally flushing money down the toilet.
