Cynthia & Cristian came to me needing to make a move pretty quickly so we got right to work and somehow ended up finding their home in the same neighborhood I first lived in when I moved to Woodland which already made this one feel a little extra special to me.
We were able to get them into a home they loved without going over asking price, negotiate $10,000 in seller credits upfront AND another $1,900 during escrow, plus get them a home warranty so they had that extra peace of mind moving in.
Thanks to their family we also had the most incredible signing experience along with their lender 🥂… getting to watch them get their keys and finally call this place HOME was definitely my favorite part. 🥹
I also had their closing day professionally filmed and photographed by my favorite as part of their closing gift because I wanted them to have those memories with their babies to keep forever. Their full film and gallery are theirs 💛 but I still had to share this little moment because LOOK AT THEM 😭
I say it all the time but I really mean it, I never want this job to just be about selling houses. These are real people, real families and really big moments in their lives. The fact that people trust me to be a part of them will never be something I take lightly.
