Storage building included on property and two bay concrete floor carport and paved driveway. Water, sewer and lawncare included. Monthly rental of $1350 per month and $1200 deposit. No pets allowed and maximum of four tenants due to septic system capability. Requires full background and credit check of every tenant 18 of age or older and verifiable income of $4050 per month or greater of all tenants combined. We do not charge application fees. Rent includes water, sewer, lawn care and all appliances including washer and dryer. No pets allowed and no section 8 vouchers accepted. Maximum of 4 tenants due to septic tank capability. Verifiable income of $3150 or greater per month required and must pass full background and credit check. Call or text 704-639-6800 to view property and/or pick up application. There is no fee for applications, once selection is made a fee is charged to process background check to verify information on application is accurate. Reminder, we do not post as often as other businesses on this page but wanted to let everyone know the page is still active and not abandoned. We normally only post when we have an open rental home, rental trailer, trailer rental lot or vacation week available at one of the condos. In addition to residential home and land rentals, we also have limited vacation rentals available. We partner to offer timeshare package rentals, rent partial condo ownership in various locations and also working on adding a full time rental soon. South Beach Resort Myrtle Beach
The two bedroom offered is taken but don’t miss out on the cheaper one bedroom condo. We are considering shortening our vacation this year, so we have a second Holiday Inn Club South Beach Myrtle Beach, SC one bedroom condo that will be available from July 3rd to July 10th this summer for $2499. This property is always sold out for July 4th but rents for over $600 per night on the July 4th weekend after taxes and fees. Attached photo is the price of almost $3100 Holiday Inn Club is asking for the few condos they have left for the week we are offering this condo and almost are sold out. Direct message us if interested. We are in no desperation of selling this so no low ball offers but would consider reasonable offers. 7 nights/8 day stay in one bedroom condo with full kitchen with full sized stove, dishwasher and microwave and living room with gas logs, garden tub in master bedroom and separate shower. Resort has 4 large pools, 2 lazy rivers, basket ball court, volley balls court, gas and charcoal grills, pool table, workout room, sauna, ping pong, kids activities, golf, putt putt and much more.
