13 months. One incredible transformation. And a whole lot of heart.

This one was a passion project for my clients from the very beginning.

Lana and I actually saw this home a couple of weeks before my clients, Jeremy and Rochelle, called me about buying it. Confession: I tried to scare them off 😂 . Well, not really scare off, but I wanted to make sure they knew the work involved. There were a lot of unknowns, especially with title, and I knew just how much work this house was going to take to restore.

Over the next 13 months, Jeremy and Rochelle touched virtually every inch of this home. No detail was too small. No corner was overlooked. They didn’t just renovate a house, they brought it back to life and created something truly special.

Then came Christina and Andy.

They knew this was their home the first time they saw it online. And when they finally walked through the door, you could feel it. Their genuine love for the home separated their offer from the rest of the interested buyers.

Along the way, they became my clients too, which made getting this one to the closing table even more meaningful.
