Big congratulations to my buyers on their awesome new home in Forsyth County. Excited for them to start this next chapter in a fantastic community.

My clients had zoned in on this neighborhood, so when this one hit Coming Soon, I immediately reached out to the listing agent. Turns out the seller was heading to Oxford to become the new assistant women’s soccer coach at University of Mississippi. We ended up talking a lot about Ole Miss, the soccer complex, and how it backs up to Bella’s apartment. Small world. (Yeah, I played up the Ole Miss Dad thing, but my client is a Gator, and she knows. 😄)

That conversation turned into a relationship, and relationships still matter in real estate. We were the very first showing on day one and had an offer submitted 10 minutes later. Multiple offers came in, but my clients came out on top.

Two closings, two buyers, one Wednesday… not a bad way to spend a Humpday.
