Before and afters of a Water Closet and Primary Bedroom.

We didn’t do much in the bedroom, simply moved around some existing furniture and added patterned drapery. But it makes a much bigger impact when entering that room.

And in the bathroom she wanted just wanted COLOR. So we gave her pinks & yellow to coordinate with the blue pinstriped wallpaper she fell in love with.

Here’s what we did:

🪴 Installed Wallpaper
🪴 Installed New Lighting/Chandelier
🪴 Installed an Arch Rattan Wall Shelf
🪴 Added a Cabinet w/ Doors for Storing Personal Items
🪴 Installed Two Scallop Baskets for TP Storage
🪴 Added Colorful Accessories & Artwork

This completes the first phase of my Roswell Redesign Project: Main Living Space, Dining Nook/Guest Hall, Primary Bedroom and Water Closet in Primary Bathroom.

✨ To all of my Realtors! ✨

Do you need help getting your sellers on board with staging?

I know this isn’t always an easy conversation, and it’s completely normal for sellers to have questions and/or hesitation.

But please know that I’d be more than happy to walk the property with you and your clients because sometimes hearing the recommendations from a professional stager makes all the difference.

Now this is a stage transformation! 🛋️🪴🖼️

Did you know that Real Estate Agents typically recommend a first price reduction of 3% to 5% of the original listing price? On a $400K home, this translates to a drop of $12K to $20K.

Staging on a $400K home will not cost you $12K-$20K. What this means is that is less expensive to pay me to stage your home than it is to do a price drop.

Before and afters of a recent dining nook & guest hallway. My client fell in love with this rug and the rest fell into play!

Since the official dining room in her home became a designated playroom for her toddlers, she needed a new, formal dining space, to entertain guests and host her Sunday dinners.

What we realized is that this space is really large. But you never would have known it the way it was styled previously.

We continued the “curved corners” theme in this room and updated the following:

🪴Replaced the 71” Dining Table w/ a 108” Dining Table (w/ Curved Corners Of Course)
🪴 Instead of 6 Dining Chairs, There are 10 Windsor Chairs
🪴 Replaced S**g Rug w/ a 10x13” Oval Rug
🪴 Updated the Chandelier
🪴 Added a Half Moon Table
🪴 Installed an Arch Mirror
🪴 Installed New Artwork
🪴 Added a Modern Plant & Centerpiece
🪴 Set the Table

“The house looks INCREDIBLE!!! Turned out better than I ever imagined!!!” —Locally Staged Design Client🪴

Here are some before & after photos of a recent living room install. My client in Roswell has two young children but still wanted to update her main living space. She and her family had recently moved from a smaller scale ranch into a large executive home. Her stipulations: keep the couch [that she had in another room] & the two camel sitting chairs, and no pointed or sharp edges for her kids to run into. She also mentioned that she “loved color,” so that’s why you’ll see a mix of greens, blues, yellows and browns. Here’s what we did:

-Replaced the Ceiling Fan w/ a Gorgeous, 8-Light Chandelier
-Painted the back of the bookshelves the same color as the walls
-Restyled the Bookshelves w/ Brand New Items, Greenery, Nicknacks, & Updated New Frames w/ Current Family Photos [The Only Items We Reused Were Hard Cover Books, But We Took Every Book Jacket Off]
-Installed a Large Drapery Rod + 2 Drapery Panels on Rings [No Colors or Texture in the Drapes Requested]
-Added a 10x13 Patterned Area Rug
-Rearranged the Furniture to Fit the Large Scale Room
-Replaced Mismatched Throw Pillows w/ 6 New
-Added a Curved [Not Pointed] Sofa Table Behind the Couch [We Trimmed Legs b/c Her Existing Sofa was Very Low Profile]
-Exchanged Ottomans for 2 Round Nesting Coffee Tables
-They are a “Blanket Family,” So We Added 3 Baskets for Blanket Storage
