One home. Two families. A bittersweet goodbye and a beautiful new beginning. 🏡❤️

Some closings are full of celebration, while others are more bittersweet.

My senior seller was facing the difficult decision of leaving her home—saying goodbye to a place filled with memories, treasures, routines, and independence.

Watching her family surround her with love and support was a reminder of just how emotional a move like this can be. It’s one of the reasons I have such a heart for seniors and their families.

And this story came full circle……

This one never really hit the market. One of my neighbors had been waiting for the right home for their senior parents so they could be closer. They found it here, and now their parents will be their neighbors, my neighbors. ❤️
