This one is special because these clients were the very first “buyer lead” I received at Lamacchia Realty. We first met a few years ago and at the time they realized they weren’t ready to buy. Fast forward to this summer, they reached out and were ready to start to look. It was a long and sometimes frustrating road, submitting multiple offers, facing different challenges and trying to find the right house for their family. Through it all they have been patient, yet determined and had confidence it would all work out.
