We are excited to share that, after more than two years of serving as our Director of First Impressions, Robert is transitioning into the role of 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬.

During his time with our Market Centers, Robert has been much more than the first face to welcome you through our doors. He has played an integral role in strengthening our operations, helping systematize our onboarding and offboarding processes, supporting countless trainings and events, and serving as a trusted resource for our agents every day.

In his new role, Robert will expand his support by:
✨ Guiding new agents through onboarding and their first 100 days
💻 Assisting agents with KW technology, systems, and productivity tools
📅 Coordinating Market Center trainings, events, and office communications
📂 Managing agent resources and operational systems
🤝 Continuing to serve as your go-to resource for day-to-day agent support
