Monday was Closing Day for this beautiful family! Congratulations to Corey, Danielle & Corbin on their very first home purchase! 🏡🎉

We started this journey near the end of May. Team Fellah at The Mortgage Link had them pre-approved the very next day, and by day three we were already out house hunting. A few short weeks later, they're officially homeowners! 💨

🏡 HAPPY CLOSING DAY! 🎉

This closing is a special one!!

After a two-year search, countless showings, a few contracts that simply weren't meant to be, and even taking a pause over the winter, today we finally made it to the closing table.

What's funny is that when this house hit the market, I scheduled the showing thinking my clients were still out of town. That same day, I got a message from them asking if we could go see it. My response? "That's hilarious you texted me that. It's already scheduled."

From that moment on, everything seemed to fall into place exactly as it was supposed to. Sometimes the right house isn't the first one, the second one, or even the tenth one. Sometimes it's the one that comes along at exactly the right time. ✨

A huge thank you to Gretchen for being such a pleasure to work with, as always. It's always great working together and helping make the process smooth for everyone involved.

One thing about real estate… timing matters, but so do relationships!! 💯

This one came together so perfectly. A house popped up this week that I immediately knew fit my buyers SO well, but they were out of town. I got a showing lined up that same afternoon so I could go check it out for them if needed… and then they text me saying they were coming into town and wanted to see it themselves.

The second we finished the tour, I called the listing agent right away. This business is about so much more than submitting paperwork — your reputation, communication, and relationships with other agents truly matter.

That evening, our offer was accepted against another offer, and I honestly couldn’t be happier for my buyers! 🏡✨

Yesterday, we closed on the condo and my client is so excited for his next move to South Carolina!! We had gotten the clear to close on December 31st -- what a great way to end the year and align the next. 💪🏻

SOLD! ✨ Another condo officially closed and this one was a whirlwind, but we made it through and both my buyer and sellers are walking away so happy and ready for their next chapter. 🙌🏻
