This week’s Home Sweet Home Saturday is brought to you by sunshine, lemons, sweet treats, and a little help from my furry taste-tester, Gus! 🐾☀️

I recently saw this easy dessert idea shared by my Facebook friend Ellen, and it looked too good not to pass along (I may or may not have changed it to chocolate instead of fruit…lol)!

🍦 Easy Ice Cream Sandwich Cake
✨ Line a 9x13 pan with ice cream sandwiches.
✨ Spread a layer of whipped topping.
✨ Drizzle with chocolate syrup or hot fudge.
✨ Sprinkle with crushed Oreos, Butterfingers, Reese’s Pieces, or your favorite candy.
✨ Add another layer if desired and freeze for several hours.

That’s it! Easy-peasy and perfect for summer gatherings! ☀️

🍋 Easy Lemon Lush Dessert
✨ Mix one box of instant lemon pudding with cold milk.
✨ Fold in a container of whipped topping.
✨ Spread into a graham cracker crust.
✨ Chill for a few hours.
✨ Top with extra whipped topping and lemon zest if you’re feeling fancy!

Fresh, cool, and bursting with lemony goodness! 🍋💛

As for Gus? Well, he’s not allowed to sample the chocolate dessert, but he definitely gives the lemon-themed kitchen decor two paws up! 🐾🐾😂

✨ Today was one of those days that filled my heart with gratitude and reminded me why I love helping people through life’s biggest transitions. ✨

🎉 Two settlements. Two happy families. Two beautiful new chapters beginning. 🎉

Today, I had the honor of helping a wonderful couple sell the home they lovingly cared for over many years. After receiving multiple offers and selling for over asking price 📈✨, they are now beginning an exciting new adventure in a 55+ community. They were an absolute joy to work with, and I feel incredibly blessed that they trusted me to guide them through the process. 💙

My second settlement was especially close to my heart. ❤️ My beautiful niece and her wonderful husband officially sold their home today! 🎉🏡 Her husband proudly serves our community as a police officer 👮‍♂️💙, and it reminded me how grateful I am for the men and women who put on a badge each day to keep our communities safe.

Today, my heart is overflowing with gratitude.

One of my beautiful listings is officially UNDER CONTRACT, and while every transaction is special, this one touches my heart in a unique way. 💙

💛Today’s message is simple:

✨ Don’t give up on your dreams just because the path seems difficult. ✨

‼️😅There are moments in life when the odds feel stacked against us, deadlines feel impossible, and others may doubt whether things can come together. But when faith, hard work, perseverance, and prayer meet, amazing things can happen.🤩

🥰Today, I am beyond grateful to celebrate a very special seller and my friend. ❤️

A few weeks ago, we found her dream home. The challenge? We were given only two weeks to sell her current home in order to make that dream a reality. There were obstacles, pressure, and plenty of reasons to worry.
💛💛But instead of focusing on the challenges, we focused on the goal, trusted the process, prayed without ceasing, and got to work.

🌈And by the grace of God, her home sold in just ONE WEEK! 🙌🏡

Today is a glorious day because she is one step closer to her next chapter and her dream home.
