Such a busy last few weeks of work but helping this sweet lady was such a joy.

She listened. She did any items needed to get her home listed the best way possible. She was ready for her next chapter with her family.

We were able to secure her an above asking price while the sweetest couple were able to take over the property she had loved so dearly. They also got a new friend with the home as a new kitten showed up a day before closing.
