Happy Sunday! 🌧️🏡 Let’s get these two showings done, and then it’s time for some family time on this rainy day! ❤️

One thing I actually LOVE about showing houses when it’s raining? 👀☔️ It’s the perfect opportunity to look for potential roof issues, water leaks, drainage problems, and signs of moisture that might not be as obvious on a sunny day!

Rainy-day showings have their perks! 😉🏡 Just another reason why having a Realtor who pays attention to the little things matters!

Happy Saturday! ☀️🏡 Let’s get this early showing out of the way! 🤞 Hopefully, this is THE ONE!

I’ve shown this buyer a few properties, and we actually put an offer in back in August. Unfortunately, we didn’t get it. There were multiple offers, and the sellers ended up choosing one with no inspections.

Fast forward to now, and the market has shifted a bit, so we’re going in with hope! 🙌

This buyer had decided to put things on hold for a little while because, on top of everything else, they’re a teacher and school was taking priority. But when the right house hits the market, sometimes you just have to take a look! 👀🏡

So here we are, bright and early on a Saturday morning, checking out a new possibility!

Keep those fingers crossed for us! 🤞❤️ You just never know when the right house is going to pop up!
