Such a huge loss. She was a great lady. If you learned from Lynn, you learned from the best. She will be missed.

It is with great sadness that we join the REALTOR® family in mourning the passing of respected real estate industry leader and educator Lynn Madison.

Lynn educated thousands of real estate professionals in Illinois through the classes she conducted at the Illinois School of Real Estate and Illinois REALTORS® conferences. Her impact extended far beyond Illinois, leaving an indelible mark on real estate professionals in more than 29 states through her classes and presentations at NAR conferences.

Along with the entire real estate community, we extend our deepest condolences to Lynn’s family, friends and colleagues. She will be deeply missed.

🎉Closing Day! Oh it’s been a doozy but we’re here…plowing through it!

There’s some things you should probably just take your agents advice on. Preferred lenders are preferred….for a reason.

The most important thing happened today though- and that is my buyers became first time homeowners! They got in the game, and are entering a new chapter. Best wishes for happy memories to them .

Happy Mother’s Day!
It is without a doubt my sole (and soul) purpose on this planet. My 2 sons are my entire world. 💙💙

I used to wish they would stay little forever but then I wouldn’t see the beautiful souls they have become. Extremely proud of my young men.

May God bless each mom trying their best. ❤️

I tell ya in the last 6 weeks we have seen every house from the 1890’s to the early 1900’s from Serena to Waterman to Earlville to Sandwich and finally landed on a sweet little ranch from the 60’s in Somonauk.
These places were total vibes. I learned a lot and found out I am not a fan of creepy basements. 😩😹
It’s always an honor to help first time buyers. People pay so much for rent and while we all start there, we don’t have to finish there.
We still have a few steps to go through but hearing the news of another accepted offer in a highest and best situation is so satisfying. It’s tough out there and we weren’t giving up. We claimed it! 🫶🏻

It’s the year of the first time homebuyer for me. ☺️It’s always so rewarding helping people get into the game of real estate. Watching them fulfill a goal and start to build equity is a great accomplishment. I love encouraging and educating along the way. I’m a Mom and nurturer by nature so it’s a very natural process for me.
