Did you know you can LIVE at The West Block, too? 🏡

There’s more happening here than what you see at street level! Above some of your favorite Downtown Yorkville businesses, we’ve transformed once-empty spaces into beautifully renovated apartments—and we’re so excited to see them now being called home by some pretty amazing residents!

We love being part of the continued growth and energy of Downtown Yorkville and creating a place where people can live, dine, shop and enjoy everything downtown has to offer—all right outside their door.
