WARNING: Scammer Alert on Facebook Marketplace

I want to warn you about a scammer I encountered: Rebecca Ray. She has scammed me multiple times, and I don’t want anyone else to fall victim.

A few months ago, she offered to sell me an Oculus for $200. After paying, she never delivered, giving excuses and claiming it was broken without refunding my money. Despite this, I let it go.

Later, she offered an iPad but insisted on delivering it first. She backed out, claiming her daughter wanted to keep it. It felt like another scam, so I kept my distance.

She then claimed her daughter was in the hospital and needed money. Out of compassion, I sent her $40. Later, she claimed to be in a hospital in San Francisco with a swollen face, needing $250 for an Uber. She sent pictures that didn’t seem to match her, likely using her daughter’s photos. She promised to repay me, but my gut said no.

I confronted her, and she admitted to lying, claiming severe anxiety and depression. She said she was stuck because her ride left her, another lie to get money from me. I sent her money for an Uber, but she stopped responding and made no effort to repay me.

It’s clear she fabricates elaborate lies to scam people. Whether she’s using the money for drugs, exploiting her situation as a welfare mom, or selling her body, she is not to be trusted.

It’s been two weeks, and she has ignored my requests for repayment. Here are the pictures she used to pretend she was sick in the hospital.

Please be cautious and avoid any transactions with this person. If you have also been scammed by her or have information, share it in the comments. Let’s protect our community from scammers like her.

I’ve heard Grant say this for years. And he’s right.

However, every time I buy a home, it is for the sole intention to make money, that’s it.

If you don’t have a strategy or a plan in place to make money with every purchase you make, even for your primary residence, you’re investing in real estate wrong IMHO.

In order to hit your target you have to line both the rear and front sights up.

Same thing goes for your goals.

You have to align your current actions with where you want to go and the targets you want to hit.

If you’re not clear on where you want to go (front sights) it doesn’t matter which actions you take (rear sights) because you’re not clear on the goal or target.

What you do today must be aligned with where you’re trying to ultimately end up.

It wasn’t until I recognized that all my sales where coming from fear and greed that I was able to turn things around for me financially.

When I learned to approach them from a place of love and abundance, my sales increased in volume and frequency.

What I thought was a money problem was really a love and acceptance problem.
