**Creative deals get deals DONE!**

In real estate, it’s not just about buying and selling—it’s about **problem-solving** and **thinking outside the box** to make things happen.

Recently, JJ and I had to get creative on a few deals. Two of our properties required lease option to buy agreements, where we collaborated on interest rates, payment structures, and crafted lease terms that protected everyone involved. It wasn’t conventional, but it worked -and both buyers and sellers walked away happy.

Then, we had a buyer who moved into their dream home… only to realize it wasn’t the right fit. Instead of letting them feel stuck, we helped them find a better match. The home they fell in love with sat vacant for a bit, so between us realtors and our team we structured a **one-year lease agreement** for our buyers while they wait for their home to sell, so they can pay off their new home.

People often think real estate is easy. It’s not. It takes strategy, patience, and creative problem-solving to navigate different personalities and unique situations. But at the end of the day, our goal is simple—get deals done in a way that benefits everyone.
