Closing Day with my sweet Baker County buyer ✨

Courtney was meant to own this property! It is everything she wanted from the yard and the guest house in the back to the retro style interior and original brick fireplace. She cannot wait to get in her new home and put her spooky Halloween decor up!

There were a few bumps throughout this deal, at no fault to the buyer or seller, but Courtney was as patient and kind as one could possibly be. Today was super emotional for everyone involved in the transaction. I’m not sure there was a dry eye at the closing table!

✨ October was such a great month, you guys!! We closed on a perfect first home with 5 acres in Baker County for $312,000. Hunter and Kayla had a fantastic budget and we were able to close on something they not only loved but didn’t have to empty their pockets for. Goodness, I LOVE when that happens!! They are so excited for new beginnings and I can’t wait to see all their personal touches. Kayla is quite the decorator!

We also closed on a crazy beautiful house in Amelia Island across from the water for $1,250,000. Robin and Craig are reveling in the retired life, steps from historic downtown. Mornings on the beach and dinner in their gorgeous new kitchen. They’ve already had their sweet children come stay and are planning to host for the holidays.

Being a realtor is wild, y’all. I get to do this. I get to help families in all walks of life either find a new home or sell one that doesn’t fit their needs anymore. I have never had a client who hasn’t become family and I’m just really thankful for all of you that have said my name to stranger or friend. You guys are the best!!! 👏🏼🤍
