JUST SOLD in Hansen Bay, St. John! 🌴🔑💙

There is something especially rewarding about helping clients turn a Caribbean dream into a reality—and this one feels particularly special.

After a journey filled with anticipation, determination, and a few challenges along the way, my wonderful buyers have officially closed on their piece of paradise in beautiful Hansen Bay. 🌊🏡

I couldn’t be happier for them as they begin this next chapter on St. John. Congratulations and welcome home! 🥂

Another dream in paradise made a reality. ✨

Thinking about buying or selling in the U.S. Virgin Islands? I’d love to help you make your island dream a reality, too.
