๐ INAUGURATION OF PHASE I AND GROUNDBREAKING OF PHASE II HLI ECOHUB NAM HA: A MILESTONE IN GREEN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT IN LAM D**G
On December 19, 2025, Hoa Long Invest solemnly held the Inauguration Ceremony of Phase I and the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Phase II of the HLI EcoHub Nam Ha Ready-Built Factory Project in Tra Tan Commune, Lam D**g Province.
The project is also one of four key industrial projects of Lam D**g Province participating in the inauguration and groundbreaking of 234 key projects nationwide, in celebration of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc P**c, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Lam D**g Provincial Peopleโs Committee, along with representatives from provincial departments, local authorities, media agencies, and a large number of domestic and international enterprises and investors.
๐ญ Phase I Inaugurated โ Ready for Operation, Positioned to Attract FDI
Phase I of HLI EcoHub Nam Ha has been completed and officially put into operation, delivering 42,902 sqm of ready-built factories. The phase features fully synchronized technical infrastructure and is developed in line with LEED-oriented green standards.
Upon commencement of operations, the project has attracted strong interest from FDI enterprises from Japan, South Korea, and China, reflecting growing demand for high-quality, ready-built industrial facilities in emerging locations.
Notably, during the ceremony, Hoa Long Invest and STX Vietnam Co., Ltd. signed a factory lease cooperation agreement, affirming the projectโs real market appeal and operational readiness for international investors.
At the same event, Hoa Long Invest also officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding with D**g Ve Security Co., Ltd., a professional security service provider. This partnership will play an important role in the initial development of the operational service ecosystem at HLI EcoHub Nam Ha.
๐ง Phase II Groundbreaking โ Expanding Scale, Accelerating Green Growth
Alongside the inauguration of Phase I, Hoa Long Invest officially commenced Phase II, with a planned scale of 82,462 sqm of ready-built factories. Phase II will continue to be developed under LEED green standards, aiming to optimize operational efficiency and minimize environmental impact.
Phase II is expected to attract more than 50 FDI enterprises and create thousands of jobs for the local workforce, contributing to increased foreign investment inflows and supporting socio-economic development in Lam D**g Province.

The inauguration of Phase I and the groundbreaking of Phase II not only mark important milestones for HLI EcoHub Nam Ha, but also demonstrate Hoa Long Investโs long-term commitment to its strategy of developing green industrial real estate.
