Parc Hanoi recognized as a prominent Japanese investment in West Hanoi

At Parc Hanoi's topping out ceremony, H.E. Mr. Naoki Ito, Ambassador of Japan to Vietnam, delivered a congratulatory address, recognizing the collective efforts of Kajima Corporation, Sankei Building and Indochina Kajima in bringing this milestone to life.
In his remarks, the Ambassador highlighted the potential of the Starlake area within the West of Hanoi, one of Hanoi's nine strategic growth hubs and a key driver of the capital's future development.
He noted that Parc Hanoi's topping out comes at a significant moment, as Hanoi articulated its century-long vision, reflecting how the project's aspirations are closely aligned with the city's long-term direction.
The Ambassador also commended the project for upholding Japanese standards of safety and meticulous site management, showcasing the value of Japanese engineering, disciplined construction practices, and global best practices in delivering a workplace of exceptional quality, comfort and sustainability.

Under Decision No. 2512/QD-UBND, signed on May 13, 2026 by the Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee, the 100-year master plan for the capital was formally approved, setting out an ambitious vision for Hanoi to compete among leading global cities in the Asia-Pacific region.

This master plan provides a strong policy foundation for the development of Tay Ho Tay and the Starlake area, specifically with the strategic relocation of headquarters for ministries, central agencies, and key government bodies to Starlake.
