ARQUE INTERNAL OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Answering Phone Calls.
2. Transferring Calls as Necessary.
3. Greet and Welcoming Guests and Visitors.
4. Answering Queries and Enquiries from Tenants, Guests and Visitors.
5. Perform Administrative Duties.
6. General Maintenance of Meeting Rooms, Phone Booths and Public Areas.
7. Handling Office Correspondence and Activities.
8. Booking Travel Arrangements.
9. Sorting and Distribution of Mail.
10. Updating Calendars and Schedules.
11. Assisting in Maintaining and Monitor Security and Related Issues.
12. Assist Senior Team Members in Maintenance and Development Filing Systems (Digital & Physical).
13. Assist in Maintaining Office Directories.
14. Communicate and Assist in Coordination with External Contractors, Landlord and other Venue Operation related parties.
15. Keeping and Filing of Invoices and Accounting Related Items and Paperwork.
16. Introduction of ARQUE Services to prospecting Tenants.
17. Work on Sales Leads for ARQUE Services.
18. Work on ARQUE's CRM System where required.
19. On-Boarding for new Tenants. (Walkthroughs, Equipment Usage, Application Usage, Office Rules).
20. Maintaining Positive Relationships with Tenants.
21. Coordinate, Support and Work on tasks set out by Senior Team Members.
22. Maintaining and Practice of Company Regulations, OHS, Best Practices.
23. Refer to, Communicate and Discuss with Service Executive on Problem Resolution in regards to Tenants and other Operation related issues.
24. At times, participate with Office Manager and Service Executive to Industry and Marketing Events, and Assist, Support and Work with other Internal Team Members at these Events as Required.

WORKING HOURS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
1. Mon-Fri - 8:00AM to 5:30PM / Lunch - 12:30PM to 1:30PM.
2. Sat - 8:00AM to 12:00PM.
3. ARQUE Vietnam Follows the National Holiday System, All Public Holidays determined by The Government of Vietnam are to be Holidays.
4. 14 Days of Paid Annual Leave a Year.

EXTERNAL TENANT SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES
