Native North Carolinian Doug has lived in homes across the state from the mountains to the coast, but the eastern shore has always had his heart. After investigating potential coastal communities from the Outer Banks to the Georgia coast, Doug found his dream location in Oak Island. In 2020, Doug listed and quickly sold his home in Statesville, and he and his wife moved to Oak Island on a permanen
