🎉 A major milestone for Tenison Heights! 🎉

Yesterday, we officially broke ground at Tenison Heights, Lochinvar, marking the start of construction on this exciting new community.

After years of planning, we're thrilled to see civil works and earthworks now underway on our 55-acre master-planned estate. Once complete, Tenison Heights will deliver 258 homes by Clarendon Homes and Domaine Homes, beautiful open spaces, parks, playgrounds, walking and cycle paths, and critical infrastructure to support the region's future growth.

A huge thank you to everyone who has helped us reach this important milestone, including our project partners, consultants, contractors, and the community.

We can't wait to share the journey as Tenison Heights comes to life and welcomes future residents to this incredible new neighbourhood. 🏡✨

✨ Tenison Heights, Lochinvar – A Launch to Remember! ✨
What an incredible weekend we had celebrating the official launch of Tenison Heights! Our Family Fun Day was filled with excitement and community spirit, from local w**e tastings and the Rotary Club of Maitland’s famous sausage sizzle, to pony rides, a petting zoo, face painting, and so much more.

The response has been overwhelming, with our first release selling out and strong interest already building for the next stage of this beautiful new community.
