All the things I do to prepare:

-send out postcards with house information/date + time

-post on Facebook + share in groups

-make sure homeowner has it cleaned and vacant at least an hour early

-setups signs/flags directing guests to the house

-buy finger foods/snacks and lay out on the bar

-buy wine/drinks to serve (juice for kids)

-print out home info + survey

-light candles, put AC on 70 (doors opening heats it up)

-play music and wait for guests 😊
