Aliyah Smith, Realtor Professional and Dedicated Licensed Real Estate Advisor in the New York Area Her experience as a first-time homebuyer inspired Aliyah’s career in real estate.

Representing families in the New York Area, Aliyah’s genuine heart for serving others and her love for real estate drive her to help her clients navigate the often-challenging waters of real estate transactions. Aliyah believes every family needs a comfortable home and a serene environment where they can make lasting memories. She knows the challenges of finding that perfect home and strives daily

to exceed her clients’ expectations. Not knowing how quickly it would happen and not being adequately educated on what was happening, her enthusiasm quickly turned into stress and frustration. After sharing her experience with family and friends and realizing it was a shared problem, she resolved to become a REALTOR® and help others have a joyful and stress-free process. With a Bachelor’s in Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, and a Minor in Business Practice, Aliyah is highly attentive with sharp business acumen. Her prior work experience revolved around service to people as she worked throughout the five boroughs in Community Centers, Healthcare, Schools, and Non-Profits Organizations as a Nutritionist providing nutrition education and cooking demonstrations for all ages. This experience made her personable and elevated her client care, equipping her with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Aliyah’s competency lies in her warm and cheerful personality and positive demeanor, which helps her to connect easily with her clients, understand their needs and offer them personalized service. She focuses on bringing peace of mind to home buyers, especially those who have previously struggled with the real estate process. Her kind and caring touch make her the perfect agent for first-time and seasoned home buyers. A member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Long Island Board of REALTORS®, and New York State Association of REALTORS®, Aliyah constantly absorbs new information to keep up to date with current market trends to improve her clients’ sales and purchases. With Aliyah as your go-to REALTOR®, you can be confident that she will not rest until she turns your real estate dreams into reality. Let her move you with purpose!
