Liska Sims Realtor Liska Sims is an accomplished real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty Southwest. I was born in Jasper, TX but was raised in San Diego, CA.

With a career spanning over two decades, Liska first started in the mortgage industry and transitioned into the real estate sector. I returned to Houston, TX in 2001 and have lived in the surrounding Cities for over 20 years. My background consists of 20 years in the real estate and mortgage industry and I bring experience, including Mortgage Banking and Underwriting, Loan Officer, Sales Account E

xecutive, Real Estate Investments, and Property Management to bear when working with my real estate clients. I attended University of Houston- Downtown and majored in Business Management. My skills in Business Management give me a unique insight into how to protect clients and negotiate the best deals on their behalf. I entered the Real Estate world in order to be my own boss, provide better for my family, meet new people, and help people accomplish homeownership and haven't looked back. I'm married and live in Missouri City, TX with my husband, son, mother-in-law, and a dog named Maxx. I spend my free time listening to music, cooking, and traveling.

Houston REALTOR® reportedly under investigation after multiple reports of:

☑️ telling sellers the truth even when it’s uncomfortable
☑️ talking buyers OUT of bad decisions
☑️ checking permits, roofs, flood zones, HOA drama, and insurance history like she’s building a criminal case file
☑️ refusing to play “just show us houses” without a strategy first
☑️ becoming aggressively protective of her clients during negotiations 👀
☑️ helping first-time buyers understand the process instead of just rushing to closing
☑️ treating every transaction like it’s personal because to her… it is

Witnesses say the situation escalated after another agent allegedly said:
“Your buyers ask too many questions.”

Sources confirm Liska responded:
