Next Gen owners: do any of you with the full kitchenette casita ever rent them out? My in-laws are looking to come for a couple weeks this winter and would typically stay with us but we don’t have extra rooms this year.

Here we go again. It’s been a while since I’ve gotten 2 done in the same week.

Once again blessed with the best clients. These are some fellow Michiganders that I met during my leasing days. I can’t wait for them to become part of the Tucson desert life.

Well this was a new one for me!

BUT first, I could not be happier for my buyers and sellers! They were both the most amazing to work with and rolled with the punches and there were a few 🤣

✅Accepted offer in 28 hours
✅Listed and brought the buyers
✅Closed in one month even with a lender change 9 days prior to closing.
✅But MOST IMPORTANT both sides are happy and got exactly what they wanted.

Records are being broke for me BY me and I’m so excited to see what 2025 brings!

2024 was a whirlwind of a year.

We were blessed with 2 grand babies in the same month, some amazing careers moves, growth and challenges, several Real Estate deals, even with all the changes, that kept us even busier, some TikTok, not enough family and friends time but lots of baby snuggles and dinner dates.

Needless to say, we’ve been blessed and also MIA from most Social Media. That being said, Matt has decided to take a step back from Real Estate for a little bit as he just doesn’t have the time to give it what it deserves.

I will continue with him rooting me on as always. 🥰

Thank you for the support so many of you have given us and will continue to give us. We’re so excited to see what 2025 brings our way.
