Good things come and go, but they always leave a lasting impression! This past week we celebrated the last Third Thursday of 2024 at our Cam LIFE campus in the UK. Members enjoyed delicious food from the Azahar Artisan Spanish Street Food truck and good conversations out on the lawn during lunch. Stay tuned for Third Thursdays in 2025!

We welcomed the new Exos fitness team to our Redwood LIFE campus so members had the opportunity to learn about the exciting offerings the instructors will bring to the fitness center, including total body strength, bootcamp, and build and burn. Attendees had some treats from The Hollo Café and participated in a raffle and the winner took home some Exos and Elevate swag. 🏋️

Yoga classes with have begun at our CamLIFE campus in the UK and it's been a hit! Our members have been learning the importance of connecting with your body, breathing, and mindfulness. The 2024 Summer Olympics may be over but our Redwood LIFE members had an amazing time watching and participating in their own Olympic games! We hosted our first-ever, week-long games where members showcased their athleticism and commitment by competing in competitions each day to win bragging rights on campus and gold medals.
