2nd coat of Floor paint after priming and 1st coat last week. Shelving built and secured with loft boards to the rear trusses of the garage for storage.

Build up of dirt since the property was built 5 years ago.

Grouting completed to 180m² of porcelain tiles using 1Ltr Ketchup Bottles and a University Student. Cleaned with Haze remover and joints sealed to prevent staining.
Used Easygrout and Grout remover from Azpects Ltd

New outhouse doors supplied by East Coast Fencing. Replaced original 1960’s doors caked in layers of paint. The New doors were much thicker and solid which meant moving of the stop bead. So thick in fact that with the escutcheon plate around the key hole the key couldn’t reach the rim lock on the other side so had to cut a tidy little key hole in the door instead!

6’ Gate supplied to Robur Landscapes by J Gard & Sons Ltd. Unfortunately the site ground level was raised meaning the Gate was too tall for the Fence Line.
Gate was Stripped down, cut down, recut joints, trimmed feather board and reassembled as a 5’ Gate.
The original Gate was so well put together by Gards it took a while to carefully deconstruct without damaging any components.
Would recommend them for any timber requirements 🙂

Replacement of Cracked Floor Tiles.
Customer wanted tiles replaced and entire floor re-grouted. Raked out grouting with Tungsten Carbide Blade. Tiles lifted easily due to being poorly laid with an unsealed substrate. Floor primed before relaying new tiles with quality adhesive. Re-grouted in grey. Photo taken while joints still drying.

Assisted Robur Landscapes installing the Hardcore base to this drive in 2021. As the Customer wanted to build a porch along the front of his house it was left as is. In 2023 the customer contacted Robur to complete the driveway in block paving.
Just 2 years from start to finish 😆

Rotting leaves and Pigeon deposits can make quite a mess on a beautiful light cream patio.
