Moving from a home after 18 years is a happy but a traumatic move for Me. I have helped many folks in Hawaii, California and Arizona move up, down, divorce, separation, death and dying and everything in between . I do short sales, foreclosure sales, land sales, estate sales, personal property sales and auctions - with affiliates and specialty business sales and leases of most product types with the exception of Industrial property or leases of industrial property.
I was in the medical device industry for a long time with Stryker, Depuy, Aesculap, Johnson and Johnson, and Genzyme Biosurgery. I consulted and developed implants as instruments as well as Marketing Management and Sales Management.
My first subdivision was done at age 22 in California. Need to transition: I do free consulting for just what to do with estate planning and real estate purchase and disposition. I am the first place to start: I suggest the experts for everything I am not qualified to advise you. Portfolio management outside of real estate is not my specialty.
