Dont lose out! The time for multiple units under 1 roof in 1 location is now. Why?

Purpose-built properties are stronger, so less repair cost and noise transfer.

10-34 units pay for management & can survive a non-paying tenant

Very desired today, so great appreciation,

Boomer owners are retiring and selling with VTB's and assumable mortgages at low rates.

Want to learn how to find these off market deals, negotiate with owners, structure the deals, wholesale them, or JV with partners?

Finally.....I am teaching a 2-Day Multi-Family (6-64unit) workshop based on my 38 years of investing experience.

After a 15 year teaching break, (focusing instead on asset acquisition & growth), I am back to get down to teaching facts.
