This family flew in from Massachusetts and were here for FOUR DAYS to buy their new home in San Diego (they are relocating for a job this summer). And we did it!! This home was their number one choice and the only one we put an offer on (and we saw 16+ places together and they saw 24 including open houses), so you can just imagine the excitement. A free rent back for the seller definitely helped seal the deal on this one💌⠀

So exciting to close escrow and get those keys to the new owner last week!💃🏻🔑

My client:

✔️Is beginning a new chapter in his relationship with his girlfriend by moving in together

The couple lives in Long Beach and their daughter attends UCSD. With rents rising, they wanted a place their daughter could live close to school, and also have a place to stay when visiting family nearby. The property needed to be in a great location, should they ever decide to rent it out when their daughter moves on.
