Congratulations to my clients on this well awaited closing just in time for Christmas!

I delayed in posting this one, because I wanted the time to put into words what having clients like Gloria and Steve meant to me!❤️❤️

The favorite part of my career is meeting all different types of people from all walks of life and helping them navigate the wonderful world of real estate.

This particular listing of mine took extra endurance to see it through until the end, since there were many foreseen and unforeseen obstacles in our path to even just getting this home actively for sale.

From the moment we walked into this estate home, I could see the challenges of removing a lifetime of possessions from over 4000 sq ft of home.

We experienced lots of laughter over the unexpected surprises, a lot of problem solving to remove as much stress as I could from their shoulders, endless calls and texts between estate and real estate attorneys and the mortgage company, and many moments of prayer between Gloria and I.

Through it all, Gloria and Steve were wonderful to work with! Their complete trust in me to get the job done right made a deep impression on me! Their thankfulness and praise throughout the entire process motivated me even more to make them arrive at that Settlement table with smiles on their faces!

The win at the end of this journey was walking away with new friendships formed between Gloria, Steve, and I and watching Gloria receive an oil painting of her uncle’s home that she planned to give to her mom! We couldn’t think of a better way this closing could have ended…. And watching another happy family acquire their home for the holidays!
