I toured a property the other day, looking for a rental to buy. I am amazed at the poor craftmanship that is out there today! The shower head does not point down, it is turned up and to the side. (Yes - I tried to adjust it and it wouldn't move!) I know this is an easy fix, but why would they leave it this way? The floor vent cut out is ridiculous. Yikes!
The sad thing, is this house was full of items like these. New windows installed incorrectly, new flooring laid over broken subfloor, door thresholds not installed, no striker plates, etc. This was supposed to be a newly rehabbed property.
