43 acres located S.W. of Farwell, in the northwest corner of section 4, Gilmore Township, Isabella County. This is on the Isabella county, Clare county line down in Deadman Swamp (big 🦌 territory).
The property was recently surveyed in March. Corners set and lines staked out.
This is a square 43.06 acres with the North Branch Chippewa River running diagonal through it. This is a Type 1 designated trout stream.
We did a habitat design plan and build on this property over the past year.
