Carbs Are Not the Enemy. Being Tired, Weak, and Flat Is.

If someone told you to cut out all carbs, they either hate you, hate science, or both.

Carbohydrates are your body’s preferred energy source. They help shuttle nutrients into your muscles, support healthy hormone levels, and give you the strength and focus to dominate in the gym and in your business.

I’m not saying eat donuts all day. But if you’re trying to build muscle, balance your hormones, or stay lean while juggling a business and family—cutting carbs completely is a fast track to burnout, low libido, poor sleep, and stalled fat loss.

Yes… stalled fat loss.
(When you don’t eat enough carbs, your cortisol can spike, your sleep gets worse, and your metabolism tanks.)
