Traditional Open House vs. Broker Open? 🤔
Maybe you have only heard of one, like the normal “open house,” but you are not sure what is involved in a “broker open!” These really do not have to be a one-versus-the-other situation; in fact, it really is best if they can BOTH be used as marketing tools that your agent would already have ready to go in their back pocket! 🤝
Open houses (or the opportunities to host them) are generally considered important parts of a listing’s marketing plan. Broker opens are not necessarily a “must,” BUT make sure whomever you choose to work with (and with whom you sign a contract to have them represent you) has a strong network in your local community where they are ABLE and WILLING to find success in asking for professional feedback in this way! We can collaborate with other professionals in our market in this way, because at the end of the day, we should want all of our clients to find success in their goals, help them to meet their needs, and want a thriving real estate market in each of our communities! 🏡📈❤️ You as a seller, in this situation, benefit the most!
Watch 👀 and listen 👂 to the video for a better idea of distinction between the two, straight from the one who does plenty of … yours truly! This was inspired by my attendance to THREE different broker opens at properties here in Henry County today, listed by REMAX First Integrity Real Estate agents!! 💪💪💪
