Our Group CEO, Redewaan Isaacs, has led a successful restructuring effort over the last two years. We are excited to announce that we have entered the final stages of our strategic restructuring - a process that will allow us to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional services, optimising investments, and driving sustainable growth. This included restructuring 40 businesses and 10 brands into 6 focused entities, supported by a substantial property portfolio spanning multiple provinces across South Africa.

This restructuring positions the company for enhanced focus, growth, and success in the markets our team is prioritising.
As we continue our journey toward excellence, streamlining our operations, disposing of non-core assets, and concentrating on our core strengths in property management, student accommodation development, mixed-use developments, and cutting-edge technology services will better equip us to meet the evolving needs of our customers and stakeholders.
