Listed, under contract and sold in just 3 weeks!!
It was a pleasure working alongside the seller to come up with a strategic approach on how we would sell in under a month.
With the current interest rates not being so appealing to buyers looking to finance we figured that offering seller financing would be a very attractive solution to most buyers wanting to enter the market..
So we decided to offer owner financing at 1% lower than the industry standard with a 3 year balloon which results in the seller to NET an additional $75,000 over the term of 3 years. We got our attorney to write up the verbiage and note and the rest was history!
This approach now takes his total gross to $502,000 over the three year period which then puts him much higher than the recently sold comps!!
I love helping my clients win! Along the I was there for anything he needed, whether it was for negotiating counter offers or moving furniture out to the curb I got the job done knowing I was representing the best team
