August was another record breaking month for Tru Living Group, but in a different manner.

July saw record breaking closing amounts while in August, our agents achieved the highest SOI closings in one month in company history.

SOI= Sphere of Influence, which means the clients come from either the agents' personal contact list or referrals. AKA the clients are not generated from any company source.

This demonstrates that the agents have made an impression on prior clients so much so that it generated further business (a huge win in the real estate industry.)

Overall of the 11 transactions, 7 were SOI:
Lori-3
Madison-2
Cindi-1
Eric-1

Screaming congratulations from the rooftops to Lori, who with her most recent closing, has capped with Real Broker!

This is a huge accomplishment for Lori and signifies a bright future for her real estate journey.

For those unfamiliar, "capping" means an agent has reached their annual commission cap with their brokerage, and keeps all commissions for the remainder of the year.

More importantly, it reflects consistency, hard work, and serving a lot of people at a high level.

To Lori's clients: thank you for putting your trust in her to get the job done, and done well. Lori has been in real estate just over a year, so for her to cap this quickly is something she (and we!) should be SO proud of.

A big shoutout to Eric- this stunning South Lyon home is now under contract for his excited buyer.

Relocating from California for a job, this family is excited to call a new city home in the near future, and we are excited Eric found them such a wonderful home to do so.

This home sits on almost 2 acres, giving this family ample room to spread out and enjoy the outdoors during the Michigan summers.

Anna Sophia is TLG's operations guru- she is a vital piece of the puzzle who works behind the scenes. As a transactions coordinator, she helps to keep your deal running smoothly, whether that's scheduling closings to completing paperwork. Lori is really tearing up the roads lately and her hard work has led her to another buyer under contract! This buyer will be putting roots down in Tyrone Township in Livingston County.

This beautiful landscaped and wooded 3 acre lot would make anyone jealous, but pair it with the pool and dream deck this house features, and you've got full blown FOMO.
