Christy Bias - Myrtle Beach Real Estate, REMAX Southern Shores

As a native of the North Myrtle Beach area, I have seen the Grand Strand's growth over the years and I love to help people fulfill their dreams of home ownership here as we continue to grow. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, fitness and going to the beach. It's a great feeling to help clients find their perfect place or sell a home or condo when they are ready to make a change. My goal is to understand my client's needs and to exceed their expectations with buying or selling while negotiating the very best price. I am dedicated to my clients needs from the beginning of the transaction to the very end. Whether you are looking for an investment property, and/or second home on the beach, or permanent residence, or if you want to sell your current property, I will work hard for you. The Grand Strand area offers and abundance of property options that include oceanfront or ocean view homes and condos, as well as golf and waterway communities, and quiet communities nestled in the surrounding areas. You'll love our area for it's hospitality, beautiful wide beaches, many golf courses, shopping, dining options, outdoor recreation, nightlife and more! I love my hometown and I look forward to helping others meet their goals and enjoy the lifestyle of living at the beach!
