Hi everyone!
I don’t post often… but that might be changing.
One thing I’ve learned is that growth only happens when we push ourselves to learn, evolve, and adapt in an ever-changing world. A while back, I decided to level up my skill set and niche by diving into a Commercial Mortgage Broker course taught by Tuan Luong — and I’ve got to give him a huge shoutout.
Tuan took an incredibly complex subject and made it clear, practical, and genuinely interesting. Every topic was broken down in detail over Zoom, and he always made time for extra questions when needed. We reviewed real, recent deals and walked through how they were structured and presented to lenders — priceless insight.
And honestly… it was amazing to finally learn from someone in my time zone instead of 20 hours ahead.
