Staging children’s rooms is not always an easy task. They usually have a lot of favourite things and have made unique choices with their decor. But, MANY homebuyers have their own kids. So, staging a room that potential buyers can envision their own kids in is crucial.

My top tips for staging kids’ rooms are:
🧸declutter large toys such as doll houses and play tables
🧸put a large portion of toys in storage
🧸toys that are staying, house them in a minimal and aesthetically pleasing toy box or toy storage
🧸remove any wall decals, glow in the dark stars and/or personal artwork
🧸keep the colours as neutral as possible for walls and bedding

And remember, it’s only for a short time!! Once your house is sold your kids can put their stamp back on their space.
