Mortgage Parkour.

🚩 Red flag: your loan officer ghosts you after closing.

Because listen… getting the keys is not where the relationship ends.

Questions come up.

Mortgage stress is real.

The paperwork.

The “wait… do I need to explain this Venmo from 2021?” moment.

I get it. Buying a home can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to white-knuckle your way through it alone.

My job is to help make the process feel less scary, more understandable, and a whole lot more figure-out-able.

IF THE PHONE CALLS YOU GOT AS A LOAN OFFICER WERE REAL LIFE…

It would just be me standing in public while someone casually says:

“Hey Carmen, quick question… can I buy a house, change jobs, open a credit card, move money from six accounts, and also not send you the documents you asked for?”

Totally.

Super cool.

Not stressful at all.

But somehow… still figure-out-able. 😅
