Today we attended our very first luncheon with the Ruskin Chamber of Commerce

We love serving the Tampa Bay area and getting to know the people who make these communities so special. Today's luncheon gave us the opportunity to meet local business owners, hear what's happening in the community, and make some great new connections.

We're looking forward to becoming more involved, supporting other local businesses, and continuing to build relationships that help make our community stronger.

Last week, we joined fellow Chamber members, local leaders, and community advocates to celebrate Melanie and the incredible impact she has made throughout the SouthShore community.

While many know her for her leadership with the Greater SouthShore Chamber of Commerce, her influence reaches far beyond the business community.

Melanie has spent years connecting residents with resources, supporting local families, and helping people navigate challenges when they needed it most. Her willingness to serve, listen, and help others has made a lasting difference in countless lives.

What stood out most was her heart for people. Whether she was helping a business owner, a family in need, or a community organization, she always showed up ready to make a difference.

It's one of the most common questions we hear from people looking to relocate to Tampa Bay.

We headed to Downtown Tampa and asked residents, some new, some decades in, to share their experiences.

Their message was clear: hurricane season is something to respect and prepare for, but it's not a reason to avoid a place you love.

Some clients become friends. Matt and Sherri are exactly that. ❤️

They built their Florida home from Pennsylvania, trusting us to be their boots on the ground every step of the way. Construction updates, virtual walkthroughs, inspections, and the final walkthrough. We were there so they didn't have to be.

But beyond the transaction, what we'll remember most is the friendship we built along the way. The Connell family is just truly amazing, and we are so grateful they chose us for this journey.

Getting a message like this from them means everything. Thank you, Connell family, for your trust, your friendship, and your kind words. We're so excited for this next chapter for you! 🏡☀️

After all the excitement of graduation week, we took our graduate out for breakfast to celebrate. 🎓❤️

We decided to check out Campfired, and we're glad we did. The food was good, but the service was great, and the hospitality made us feel right at home.

It's hard to believe how quickly the years have flown by. We're so proud of Nyomi and all she's accomplished, and we're excited to see what this next chapter holds for her.

Good food, great service, and quality time with family. That's a pretty perfect way to celebrate. ☕🥞✨

Their Florida dream home in Wimauma is almost ready, and we were there for every step. 🌴

Today we attended a virtual new home orientation for our clients relocating from Rhode Island to Tampa Bay. Their beautiful new construction home in Wimauma is getting closer to move-in ready, and even though they could not be here in person, we made sure they felt every bit of the excitement.

This is what we do. We show up, we communicate, and we make the process as smooth as possible no matter where our clients are starting from.

Another family joining the Tampa Bay community soon, and we are so thrilled for them! 🌴

Just another day in Florida... 🐊☀️

We were out filming today's YouTube video when we spotted a young gator just chilling in the pond right behind us. Nearly 10 years of living here and this was our first wild gator sighting. We've seen them at the zoo, sure, but never just hanging out behind us while we're mid-shoot.

Apparently Florida wanted a cameo in today's video too. 🎬
