Congratulations to Jim Rost on his retirement after a remarkable 50-year career, including 30 years with NRI. His leadership helped shape a $2.7B portfolio and iconic developments like Nationwide Arena and Huntington Park, leaving a lasting impact on our team and the construction and development industry.

As we thank Jim for his contributions, we’re pleased to announce Chris Filby has been named vice president of development. Chris has been instrumental in delivering many of NRI’s high-profile projects over the past decade, and his leadership will continue to drive excellence across our growing portfolio.
