Troutbeck village, Jesus Church, The Mortal Man, The Queen’s Head & The Old Post Office Tearooms a stroll across the fields and along local paths. A good walk up the Troutbeck Valley direct from the park takes you to Troutbeck Tongue, and towards Troutbeck Park Farm (one of the 14 farms once owned by Beatrix Potter). The A592 Kirkstone Pass takes you down to Patterdale, Glenridding and Ullswater in no time at all. And all around the Lakeland fells....across are views of Wansfell Pike, and behind are Sour Howes & Sallows, leading up to Yoke, Ill Bell and Froswick. Jimelin Lodge, named after my parents Jim & Elin, sits in the middle of all this wonder and beauty. Whether you are a walker, kayaker, coffee hopper, shopper, or just a relaxer, then Jimelin Lodge waits to welcome you for a break in the English Lakes.
