Hey, Yall!!

It's finally time to say goodbye to summer and hello to fall!! I don't know about you, but I'm super excited for the cooler weather, the cozy hoodies, and the pumpkin spice everything.

Fall is the time when nature shows off its most beautiful colors. the leaves turn from green to yellow, orange, red and brown, creating a stunning contrast with the blue sky. Never have I seen a more beautiful death.

The air is crisp and fresh, unless you are stand downwind from a cow farm or a chicken farm. Don't take in a deep breath. You will regret it.

Fall is also the time when you can wear your favorite hoodie and cute boots. And boy do I have some cute boots I am dying to wear again!

Fall is the time when you can enjoy pumpkin spice everything and people don't look at you like you lost your freaking mind. And all those other delicious comfort foods you were craving all summer. Its time to get the fall fat on!!

I have started decorating the house in fall fashion, but on a limited pumpkin allowance. Not sure with just how many I can get away with, but its going to be alot less than last year allowance. Mr. Wonderful doesn't want to feel like he is living in a pumpkin patch again.

Hey yall! Do you want to see how I turned some old school lockers into a cool storage solution for my home? I acquired them from a factory that shut down and they were super cheap. I decided to give them a makeover with some paint and stickers. They look awesome on my back porch/office. They have plenty of space for my shoes, games, and everything else I needed a space for. Hi everyone!

I hope yall are having a great day. I wanted to share with yall what I've been doing today to enjoy the beautiful weather we've been having. You know how much I love fresh air and natural light, right? Well, I've been taking advantage of the beautiful weather by opening the doors and windows of my house as much as possible. It feels so good to let the breeze in and hear the birds singing outside. Let me restate that, I wish I was hearing the birds singing outside. I have come to the conclusion that all the cicadas have eaten the birds. I haven't heard a bird sing in a few days now.

It also makes my house look brighter and more spacious. Plus, it helps me save some energy by not using the AC or the lights as much. Mr. Wonderful does like the lower power bill.

I think opening the doors and windows is a simple but effective way to improve your mood and your health. It can also inspire you to do some cleaning, decluttering, or redecorating. You never know what ideas might pop into your head when you have a clear and fresh environment. So, if you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend you to give it a go. You'll be surprised by how much difference it can make.

Let's get the yard ready for fall ya'll!

I started working on the "bitch barn" yesterday but had to stop suddenly due to family emergency. I dropped and left everything to go be with my son. He lost his biological father suddenly.

When I returned home, this is what I found. Mr. Wonderful took up where I left off.

I feel so lucky and undeserving of such love. To find a man who is willing to take up the slack when life throws unexpected lemons into the kool-aid.

Mother Nature can be a cruel lady. During the storms yesterday we noticed what we thought was a tree leaning. It was leaning over my lawnmower and shed! Come to find out, it was a huge branch that was split from the tree. Thank heavens it didn't completely fall, it would have taken out the John Deer and a good portion of the shed. Against all odds I found a man on Facebook market place who cut trees. With fingers crossed I messaged him this morning hoping he could and would work on a Sunday. Win for us!! Not only did he respond back, we were amazed at his reasonable pricing! Now my shed is safe! And we still have all our bodies parts attached because we didn't have to do it our self. Even tho my son had the brilliant plan of pulling it down with the truck!

It's been a long time since I have been on here. Life happened. Divorced, 3 jobs, 2 new grandbabies, found happiness, became an empty nester and done a complete turn around. It's been alot in such a short period in time. Hopefully I can catch everyone up. I feel more like me then I have in years. My interests change, my taste change, unfortunately my wardrobe never seems too...lol. With that being said, I hope yall enjoy the wild ride yall are about to become part of. Let's see where this is going to take us.

Oh my! On a recent trip to Gatlinburg, I fell in love with brick style pizza. I thought I would NEVER find another pizza I would love. I was so WRONG! Hinie's BBQ has BRICK OVEN PIZZAS! It even tastes as good the next day! The best part.....it does NOT give me heartburn like other pizzas! We picked up 2 pizzas last night, a Meat Lovers and a Hawaiian. OMG! Leftover morning pizza never tasted so good! Lmao.

Who wants to play another round of what's in my purse??? Roflmao!!! Today I am currently in Nashville and this thing weights a TON!! It's been cleaned out TWICE since the last post about my purse. Which was just a couple of days ago!!
So...what had been added?? Full size bag of ranch fries...20 oz. Bottle of water (even tho I already have a bottle in the Tahoe), Hershey's chocolate bar, the home edit workbook, another thick notebook, a receipt book, and 3 new store receipts. This is on top of what was in my purse before. Yes, the tape measure and pink post notes are still in there. I do believe I have "collected" 3 new ink pens!

Omg...is this stuff multiplying in here??? And where is my favorite inkpen???!!!
