Another great day of property viewings for myself and our investors. Another reason for my quarterly visits to the North East is to check in with my local power team! Nigel Cooke has 42 years of experience in property sales and Lettings so I always dedicate time to checking in with him to get a steer on what’s going on locally! It was nice to drop in today on Emily Walker who is one of the solicitors that we use for residential and commercial conveyancing! I’m making a point of visiting all of my strategic partners on this trip to build solid long term relationships. If any of you would welcome an introduction to Emily please let me know. Another fantastic property hotspot is Cullercoats, nestled between Tynemouth and Whitley Bay! This afternoon I had the pleasure of meeting Sharnie who operates her business out of a commercial premises that I co-own with Nathen Johns and Tim Boydo Boyd Thepropertysorcera. I’m delighted that despite a cost of living crisis Sharnie’s business has kicked off to such an encouraging start and thrilled that we have provided the premises for her to base her thriving business from!

Today I spent the morning with my colleague Nigel working on a business plan to support our investors and my own property developing business. Nigel has over 40 years of experience in Tyneside so we’ve got a safe and reliable pair of hands at the steering wheel!

……….but also accomplished! 5 property viewings today, checked into the hotel, hit the gym and now one more meeting in the hotel bar before crashing for the evening ahead of another busy day tomorrow! I also need to have dinner 🍽️

Next up a visit to this charming town! We have just taken on a freshly renovated 2 bed 2 bath house that will either rent out for £700 per month on a long term tenancy or £90 per night as a holiday let/Serviced Accommodation! Had a lovely chat also with Tom, the Canadian retired next door neighbour………
