SALES AGENT (Livestock & Real Estate)

YOU:
You’re someone who thrives in the paddock just as much as you do with people. Maybe you’ve managed a cattle station, worked as a contract musterer, overseen livestock sales, or have a strong background in rural property. You love connecting with landowners, farmers, and producers, and you have a natural ability to build relationships and get results.
You’re self-driven, down-to-earth, and ready to represent one of the most trusted names in the Burnett. You take pride in your work, value integrity, and love being part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
If you also have experience in real estate, you’ll have a clear advantage with opportunities to grow into property sales under the guidance of seasoned agents and a dedicated marketing team.
OVERALL QUALITIES & CHARACTERISTICS:
Reliable, motivated, loyal, honest, practical, self-starter, problem solver, punctual, resourceful, personable, efficient, confident communicator, respectful, results-driven, community-minded, and passionate about the land.
Previous livestock experience in either sales or handling, mustering, station management or similar.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Genuine understanding of rural life and agricultural industries
* Organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team
* Experience in real estate, auctioneering, or rural property sales (advantageous)
* Professional presentation with a friendly, approachable manner
* Current driver’s licence essential

THE BUSINESS & ROLE:
Aussie Land & Livestock has been proudly serving the Burnett and surrounding regions for over 20 years, specialising in livestock sales, clearing sales, and rural and residential real estate. With offices in Mundubbera and Kingaroy, the business has built a strong reputation for professional service, community involvement, and outstanding results.
As a Sales Agent, your role will include but not be limited to:
* Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and buyers
* Coordinating livestock sales, property inspections, and client appointments
* Working with the marketing team to promote listings and sales campaigns
* Assisting with Clearing Sales, on-site and online
* Providing expert advice to clients on livestock, land, and property value
